By creating an Account, accessing the ipar4d Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ipar4d.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and Services. Continued use of ipar4d services following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
ipar4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. ipar4d operates under international gaming licenses and adheres to responsible gaming standards. While we serve Indonesian players, users acknowledge that Indonesia's gambling laws are complex and that they bear sole responsibility for compliance with local regulations.
To access ipar4d betting services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. All activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ipar4d immediately via our customer support channels. ipar4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account if such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security.
Strong passwords combining letters, numbers, and special characters are strongly recommended. Never share your login credentials with third parties.
ipar4d accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or converted to IDR at prevailing exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the payment method selected. ipar4d does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
You must deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are:
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and Rp 50,000 for e-wallets. Cryptocurrency withdrawals have minimums equivalent to $20 USD. ipar4d reserves the right to impose withdrawal fees for high-frequency withdrawal requests (more than 3 withdrawals per day).
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
Funds obtained from bonuses, promotions, or loyalty rewards are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
ipar4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are made available at the time of the offer. By participating in any promotion, you agree to abide by the applicable terms.
General Bonus Terms:
All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of ipar4d. In the event of disputes regarding sports betting outcomes, ipar4d's decision based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies will be final. For bandar bola (football betting), results are determined by official league sources including BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic matches.
Bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned matches are generally voided and stakes returned, unless a specific sport's rules state otherwise. For mix parlay (accumulator bets), if any selection is voided, the odds for that selection default to 1.00 and the bet continues with the remaining selections.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the game round is complete and results displayed.
Togel results are determined by official lottery draw results from Singapore Pools (Togel SGP), Hong Kong Jockey Club (Togel HK), and other certified lottery authorities. Results are verified against official sources and published on the Platform immediately upon availability. Bets are accepted up to 5 minutes before the official draw time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or dispute regarding game outcomes, ipar4d reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. Our decision in all such matters is final. Users must report disputes within 7 days of the disputed transaction.
ipar4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings.
If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to utilize our self-exclusion feature or contact our support team for assistance in connecting with professional counseling services. You may self-exclude for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ipar4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, funds forfeiture, and potential legal action:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ipar4d, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:
ipar4d provides the Platform and Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.
Your use of ipar4d services is at your own risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you should only wager funds you can afford to lose.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.
ipar4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or engaging in prohibited activities.
In the event of account closure by ipar4d for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure relates to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other serious violations. In cases of closure not related to User misconduct, remaining balances will be returned following completion of any required investigations.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances under Rp 100,000 may be closed and balances forfeited after notification to the registered email address. For balances exceeding Rp 100,000, the funds will be held until you contact support to reactivate the Account.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which ipar4d's license is issued. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ipar4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Users acknowledge that ipar4d operates internationally and that local Indonesian laws regarding online gambling may be ambiguous. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your location.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation with ipar4d customer support. If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration.
